Body language: interview tactics

According to recruiters, non-verbal signs of communication is very important in the evaluation of the candidates, and they trust manners more than words. Sometimes our words contradict our gestures, and many of our gestures and manners can easily expose our inner insecurities. In that case, trust that the other person felt at the beginning of the conversation, may simply disappear.
